To use the Manchester Airports Group Citrix services the following requirements are needed.

  • Pentium PC minimum processor speed 166Mhz
  • Windows operating system (Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP)
  • Connection to the internet
  • Internet explorer 5.5 or higher or Mozilla Firefox 1.5 or Higher

Internet Explorer can be downloaded directly from Microsoft. It can be found here.

Mozilla Firefox can be downloaded directly from Mozilla. It can be found here.

Please check your computers date and time before following the install instructions below.

First Time Users will need to install some additional components.

The following guidelines have been prepared to help you gain access to the applications located on the The Manchester Airports Group Local Area Network. The installation takes 2 phases:

  1. The installation of a Digital certificate
  2. The installation of the Citrix software for Microsoft Internet Explorer

Once this installation is complete, you can access the Citrix login page here

These instructions are designed for use on Microsoft Internet Explorer Browsers.

Windows XP/2000 Users

Follow the instructions below to install the citrix client.

  1. Install the digital Certificate -
    Click here to install.
    Choose open or run
    Click on "install certificate" and follow onscreen instructions.

    Choose open or run and follow onscreen instructions.

Windows Vista/7 Users

Follow the instructions below to install the citrix client.

Your installation is now complete.

Remember your SecureId is made up of 10 digits, this is your 4 digit pin + 6 from you RSA fob.

Your login ID, password and passcode will be issued by Information Services at Manchester Airport. Please remember that this is for your use only.
